Peter Sidebottom
Peter is a Human Resources specialist with a broad range of experience at Strategic, Managerial and Operational levels over the past 30 years in both the private and public sectors.

Throughout his career in Human Resources Peter has provided professional advice on a wide range of HR issues including:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Employment law
• Fair Employment and Equal Opportunities
• Strategic HR Planning
• Organisational Development
• Pay, Reward and Recognition.

Prior to 2005 Peter was head of Personnel Services in Derry City Council.

Over the years Peter has developed specialist knowledge and understanding of employment law and since 1999 has been a Lay Member of the Employer’s Panel of the Industrial Tribunals. During this time he has sat on many Industrial Tribunals hearing a variety of different types of cases including: Unfair Dismissal, Race Discrimination, Sex Discrimination, Disability Discrimination, Unlawful Deduction of Wages and Breach of Contract.

He has also acted for 9 years as a Moderator (an external examiner) for the Northwest Institute of Further and Higher Education for the Professional Development Scheme - the professional qualification of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Prior to this he had been an External Examiner for Queen’s University for 4 years.

Peter has a B.Sc. Degree in Economics, a (Post Graduate) Diploma in Management Studies and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also registered with the British Psychological Society as a level A and Intermediate level B psychometric test administrator.

James Hodgson 

James has provided consultancy support to a wide range of private and public sector clients in England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland over the past 20 years, mainly at a strategic level.

He has specialist expertise in:

• Business Planning and Development
• Organisational Reviews
• Change Management
• Conducting Pay and Reward Reviews
• Implementation of Performance Management Systems.

 
James has been involved in advising on business development across a range of sectors. 

James is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has a B.A. Degree and a Diploma in Management. He is also a Freeman of the City of London.

Vivian Coyle

Vivian has over 10 years experience as a trainer working in the private, public, community and voluntary sectors.

She has specialist expertise in:
